Monday Meal Inspo: Sauteed Spinach

I love nothing more than a simple healthy meal or side item. If it’s tasty too then that’s really a win win. I just recently discovered the beauty of sauteed spinach and baaaby this is now a staple favorite food of mine.

It’s super easy to prepare spinach this way. All you will need is fresh spinach, seasonings of your choice, olive oil and a skillet. I like to use crushed red pepper, black pepper, a bit of sea salt and mrs dash original blend.

Now it only takes a couple moments to sautee spinach. It begins to wilt really quickly so don’t over cook it. I like mine to be nice tender and juicy so have fun and figure out what works best for you as well.
